Installation of a new 12 person passenger lift into an existing and fully tenanted commercial building. The project will involve the complete demolition of an existing stair, construction of a lift shaft in place of the existing stair and the rebuilding of a new stair that encircle the new lift shaft. This project will involve the delicate management of works to accommodate the needs of the current building tenants while completing the works in a reasonable timeframe.
