The design and construct responsibility under a construction management agreement for the Regeneration of a 1950s office building that was the original airport operations building into new office spaces. The works included foundation rectification, asbestos removal, partial demolition and total strip out, refurbishment of the facade elements in keeping with the heritage value of the building and new services throughout including electrical, data, lighting, hydraulics and mechanical systems.
