The redevelopement of a double front weatherboard house in Prahran to accomodate a new developement of two side side by side townhouses utilising the entire site to provide urban renewal at it's best. The townhouses accomodate two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a car space, separate livng room, separate dining room and front and rear decking. The design and finishes were cleverly incorporated to provide a quality product on a tight site.
