Basing ourselves around the greater Melbourne area, we have also had the pleasure of working interstate, predominantly in South Australia.

Richard Harris
Director
Richard founded Constructive Group in 2006. He holds a Commercial and Domestic unlimited building license with over 25 years experience as a building practitioner. He has worked on a broad range of projects from residential renovations to landmark institutional projects.
Craig Ollis
Estimator
Passionate about business and building, Craig has worked with our business for over ten years and brings to the organisation a wealth of estimating experience. His 20 year career includes a broad range of public and private buildings.
Chris Smith
Construction Manager
Chris has over 15 years of experience in various roles and across all sectors of construction including, Government, Retail & Hospitality, Industrial, Multi Stories Residential Developments, and Healthcare.
His key focus as a Senior Project Manager is to ensure that all Constructive Group projects are delivered successfully, on time, safely, and to budget for all stakeholders involved.
