Constructive Group was involved from the early stages of the project, assisting in build ability and layout input to best utilize the bones of the existing building. This project included the demolition of substantial parts of the existing building, a steel superstructure with large format glass wall and metal cladding. Our client desired an industrial feel, so the exposed roof structure and mechanical system was blended with ceramic floor tiles and neutral perimeter walls to bring our client’s vision to life.
