Construction involved the demolition of an existing single-level building on a tight site in the City of Stonnington. The windows were a T-bar steel window with thermal and acoustic glazing. The services included provision for a greasy waste, lift, mechanical, and adjustments to street services. The new loft style building consisted of structural steel, precast concrete, in situ concrete floor slabs, and face brick curtain walls.
