Constructive Group were both builder and developer on this project. Acquiring the site, progressing the project through town planning, marketing and pre-sales, construction, practical completion, and final settlements. After the successful completion of the neighbouring site we were fortunate to negotiate with the neighbour to purchase their site. This occurred during the construction and resulted in a prompt shift in design to incorporate the basement and shared driveway access.
