Two duplex residences in Armadale including a concrete basement and lift. Our team was involved from the post town planning stage, assisting the architect and developer in the detailed design, to working with the developer in the preparation of detailed estimates to fast track commencement and completion. The difficulty of this project was increased due to ground water and unstable ground that wasn’t identified until excavation commenced which involved excavation to retain the site cut while installing precast in a hit miss fashion on a unique single drive footing design that was developed by us and then signed off by the project engineer.
