We were approached to provide a construction solution for a six level apartment building on a “postage stamp” 170m2 site. Included in this build was a staircase in the light court, with mesh screening, overlooking a council park. Constrained site and in situ concrete provided a welcome challenge. Employing carefully planned road closures and community engagement for panel lifts, concrete pours, etc, worked in our favour.
