Everett Centre Building-79 Essendon Airport

The design and construct responsibility under a construction management agreement for the regeneration of a 1950’s office building that was the original airport operations building and turn it into new office spaces. Works including foundation rectification, asbestos removal, partial demolition and total strip out, and refurbishment of the façade elements in keeping with the heritage value of the building. New services were required throughout, including electrical, data, lighting, hydraulics, and mechanical systems, the entire new fitout to suit six, separate office tenancies.
