The redevelopment of the Sandringham Football club social rooms involved a complete overhaul of the existing dated facility. The new building included lift access to the first floor, new commercial kitchen and bar facilities, new windows, roof, cladding, access stairs and amenities. The project, completed for the Bayside City council, was completed on time to the required standards with minor variation.
