Conversion of an open warehouse space into high quality office space to suit the specific needs of Bendon lingerie. The works included the complete refurbishment of an existing amenities block to suit a high quality office space, new sprinkler services, new mechanical system, electrical power supply upgrade to the building, architectural office fitout. Working with an international company that is focused on the aesthetic was a joy and in the end produced spectacular results.
