A tight, inner urban site in the City of Yarra, construction involved the demolition of an existing building adjacent other operational offices. The works included a semi basement with car stackers, precast, steel, and post tensioned concrete. Finishes included polished concrete, off form soffits, face brickwork and high spec internal fitout for an architectural lighting company.
