The project consisted of four three-level, high specification townhouses, all with roof terraces and rooftop pools.  The project was on a constrained site, nestled in behind the commercial shopping strip on Bridge Road. Structure included in situ concrete, precast concrete party walls and structural steel floor and roof.  Works required extensive street occupation for deliveries and crane lifts, requiring careful planning and consultation to adequately satisfy the demands of adjoining neighbours and the Local Council.  Works were brought to completion well within contract timelines and the finish satisfied the client’s expectations.
