Partial demolition of a weatherboard workers terrace in Kensington. Being a tight inner city site, the project attracted the normal difficulties such as access, works on adjoining boundaries and coordination with adjoining property owners. The rear addition included two levels incorporating master bedroom, studio, kitchen, laundry and bathroom to a high level of finish. The client/ Architect was thrilled with the project.
