Construction involved the internal demolition of the internal slabs, forming new façade openings, and work to the existing structure to support a new, insulated panel roof, clerestory thermal glazing and mechanical systems. Internally, a new highly specified fitout was constructed to include offices, amenities, boardrooms, and a caretakers apartment.  The project was completed to the highest standards and within the contract program  time  with  minimal  variations.
